The Labor Commissioner invites community based organizations, business and worker associations to support the Wage Theft is a Crime campaign by promoting educational messages to a wide range of workers and employers. Please have a look at the types of materials available and join us in raising awareness about wage theft.

Radio Spots

These radio spots will air across the state of California for the duration of the Wage Theft is a Crime campaign. Help promote these messages by providing a link to these audio clips on your organization's website and favorite social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter.

Post about the campaign from your favorite social media platform. The State of California Department of Industrial Relations posts content related to the Wage Theft is a Crime Campaign on the DIR Facebook page and with the Twitter handle @CA_DIR. Stay up to date by following us, and get involved by using campaign banners and graphics to get the word out to your own social network.
