The Labor Commissioner invites community based organizations, business and worker associations to support the Wage Theft is a Crime campaign by promoting educational messages to a wide range of workers and employers. Please have a look at the types of materials available and join us in raising awareness about wage theft.

You may request copies of the posters below to put on display, as well as the English/Spanish language pocket guides to distribute to workers by submitting a written description of your organization, type and quantity of materials, and mailing address to Mary Ramirez at mramirez@dir.ca.gov
